Professor Johnson practiced securities laws in New York, NY with MetLife and the US
Securities and Exchange Commission before joining the faculty at OCU LAW. 

Professor Johnson received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and JD from The
National Law Center at George Washington University. She teaches Civil Procedure I and
II, Securities Litigation and Enforcement, Securities Regulation, and American Legal
History.
