Daniel Tapia is founder and President of Genera Consulting Group (Puebla, Mexico), a
public policy and strategic consulting firm devoted to develop new solutions to Mexico´s
most challenging issues. 

He obtained his BA in International Relations at Universidad de las Americas Puebla
(UDLAP) and his master´s degree in International Education Policy at Harvard University. 

He has worked in the Mexican public administration for almost 6 years in the public
policy area. 

Currently, he serves as editorial counselor of the International sector of Reforma, the
most important national newspaper in Mexico. 

Moreover, he is member of the Mexican Council on Foreign Relations. 

He has published articles on public policy, education and economic policy.
