Professor Morgan practiced law and served as a county and prosecuting attorney in Wyoming and was a member of the law faculty at the University of Wyoming prior to joining the OCU law faculty. While in Wyoming, he served as a member of the Wyoming Governor’s Planning Commission for Criminal Justice Administration and as a consultant to the Wyoming Health Systems Agency. He now serves on the executive committee of the William J. Holloway American Inn of Court, which is affiliated with OCU School of Law. He is co-author together with John Morris and Patricia Hatamyar, of Oklahoma Trial Practice. Professor Morgan received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Wyoming where he served as Editor of the Wyoming Land & Water Law Review. He teaches Torts, Consumer Law, and Trial Practice.
