Daniel Koys is a Professor of Human Resource Management at DePaul University in
Chicago, IL, USA (1990-present). Between 1997 and 2008, he was also Associate Dean of
DePaul's College of Commerce. Before joining DePaul University, he taught at
Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, USA (1982-1990). He received his Ph.D and his
Master's degrees from Cornell University (1983, 1978) and his B.S. from the
University of Illinois (1976).
