Daniel is an Associate (Pending Bar Admission) at Bowles Rice McDavid Graff & Love, LLP, in Charleston, West Virginia. Daniel earned his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law. Daniel has worked as a judicial intern for a federal magistrate judge in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the chief justice of the Florida Supreme Court, and the chief judge of the Court of Appeals of Georgia. Daneil was a Staff Editor of the Florida Coastal Law Review and a Moot Court Honor Board Member. He was the brief writer for a semifinalist team at the 2011 Rendigs National Products Liability Moot Court Competition, and his paper, entitled Adjusting Unconscionability as an Alternative to the "'Fair Contracts' Approval Mechanism," was the third place winner in the 2011-12 Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section Law Student Writing Competition. Before attending law school, Daniel worked as a local law enforcement officer and counterintelligence and counterterrorism professional.
