Abstract

Nonfiction. This essay is forthcoming. It deals with my encounters with the work of the great Argentine writer Jorge Luis Borges, how he has influenced my own voice and how—according to his own argument of non-linear time (See “Kafka and his Precursors”)--writers of our generation have influenced his work.
