Abstract

During the recent Kappa Delta Pi Convocation, which was held in Louisville, KY from November 1 -3, 2007,the present Pi Sigma Counselors and the former counselor were facilitators for a regional meeting. The Regional Meeting was held to discuss the ways in which the Regional Kappa Delta Pi Organizations could work together to help assist one another in the common goal of carrying out the ideals of the educational honor society, and the importance of the following issues: recruitment of new members to the organization, retaining members, fundraising, service projects, and exciting new ways to get more education majors interested in Kappa Delta Pi.
