Dr. Connie McDonald has worked in various disciplines within the field of education.
She has experience working with students from kindergarten through the university level.
Her Ph.D. is in Secondary Education with an emphasis in teaching English language
learners (ELL's). 

She has a Specialist degree and a Master of Education degree with concentrations in
Elementary Education and Educational Administration. She has worked as a teacher in the
United States and Japan. She currently teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in the
School of Education. 

Dr. McDonald is a licensed reading specialist, ELL specialist, elementary teacher, school
superintendent, principal, and supervisor.
