About Christopher W. Frost

Christopher W. Frost joined the College of Law faculty in 1998. He was on the faculty of the Saint Louis University School of Law from 1990 until 1998, where he taught in the areas of contracts, bankruptcy, commercial law and corporate finance. He received a B.B.A. from the University of Kentucky in 1983 and graduated from the College of Law in 1986, where he served as Articles Editor for the Kentucky Law Journal and was elected to Order of the Coif.

Following law school Professor Frost practiced bankruptcy and commercial law with the firm of Sidley & Austin in Chicago until joining the law faculty of Saint Louis University. He has been a visiting professor at the University of Illinois College of Law and at the UK College of Law.

Professor Frost is the chair of the Kentucky Equal Justice Center, and he recently served on the Avoiding Powers Committee of the American Bankruptcy Institute Commission to Reform Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
