Bonjour! Buenos dias! Buon giorno! Hello! My name is Chris Davis. I am Vice Provost for Institutional Effectiveness at National-Louis University. My home office overlooks Michigan Avenue and the Art Institute in Chicago. My research interests are in assessment, strategic planning, organizational development, and other topics related to institutional effectiveness in higher education.
