Abstract

The "Teachers plus Occidental equals Partnership in Science" van program in Los Angeles CA was launched in June 1992. The program's goal is to improve high school biology and chemistry students' laboratory instruction by enhancing their teachers' knowledge and classroom application of modern instruments, techniques and experiments.
