"Role modeling is an important piece to my practice and part of my teaching here at the University. Connecting with students and providing them with positive energy will help them gain confidence and help them become exceptional nurses. I am passionate about helping women lead and influence the nursing profession. I enjoy helping them build their confidence and have the knowledge and skill to speak up and advocate for themselves and the patient population they serve."
