Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution. It represents the wise choice of many alternatives. There is indeed a possibility of perfection where attention has been paid to fine details. My vision is to revive the culture of legal research towards intellectual capital development. Recognizing the fact that core competence alone in the 21st century is not a stronghold, I thought it fit to provide an intellectual manifestation and somewhat prophetic peek of where would be in a short time. I humbly wish to emphasize that in the present age and day when most so-called authors and editors plead poverty as their excuse and ultimately serve junks in the guise of publications, what I have put up in these selected works are exciting, stimulating, remarkable and exceedingly refreshing. I have done much to stimulate lines of thought and crystallized juristic perspective. I make bold to say that these articles are matured and form the fulcrum of sublime papers one can find anywhere around the world.
