Dr. Chen Ling is an Associate Professor of Systems Engineering in the Mechanical Engineering Department at the University of Akron (UA). Prior to joining UA, Dr. Ling worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Oklahoma at Norman. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in 2005, her M.S. from North Carolina A&T State University in 2001, and her B.S. from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 1996.
