Chai Feldblum writes about the intersection of law and politics in the arenas of
civil rights and social justice. A Commissioner at the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission) (2010--), Feldblum was a law professor at Georgetown University Law Center
for almost two decades. She was a key architect of the Americans with Disabilities Act of
1990 and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008, as well as the Employment Non-Discrimination
Act.
