I have worked at the Carnegie Mellon University Libraries as a Human Factors Researcher for nine years. My work has focused on evaluation studies related to library services and usability evaluation studies related to the library's digital interfaces. I began at the Libraries in 2000. Previous to Carnegie Mellon, I was a research associate at the Learning, Resarch and Development Center at the University of Pittsburgh. My primary interest is in research and evaluation studies that inform the educational process and the provision of educational services.
