Organic Regulation Establishing an Internal Affairs Unit in Customs

Abstract

The following regulation served as a model for establishing several elements of the work of an Internal Affairs (or Internal Security) unit in several countries. Naturally, prosecutorial functions are not covered due to the complexities of criminal procedures codes in each country.
