Abstract
This chapter discusses how price personalization under Brazilian law. We start with a brief overview of constitutional law, then move on to a review of the Decolar.com case, which was tried under consumer law, and in doing that we highlight questions that have been left unanswered by consumer authorities. We then move to antitrust law and to the regulation of data privacy.
