About Brian Larson

Associate professor of law, Texas A&M University School of Law. Legal argumentation and rhetoric, including theoretical work in philosophy of argumentation and relevance-theoretic pragmatics. Other interests include data privacy and public health, the law of online contracts, and empirical research methods. I study legal argumentation in context and practice, using text-analytic, computational, and cognitive methods. Fifteen-year career as attorney in private practice before coming to the academy.
