Brian Coutts, Professor and Head of the Department of Library Public Services at WKU, was selected as the 2017 winner of the Isadore Gilbert Mudge Award, which is Reference and User Services Association’s (RUSA) highest honor. The award recognizes Coutts for his distinguished contributions to reference services and librarianship.
