Elaboration of an automised system for the diagnosis of the break down of the electrical machines, converters and control
Abstract
This study aims at developing an automised and computer assisted system to diagnose failures in real time, in order to optimize production with high availability of manufacturing equipment. For a complete automation of control and diagnosis process, it is necessary to associate the techniques of artificial intillegence and data processing [1]. Its design requires experience acquired by operators and techniques of computer applied science. This automised diagnosis system enables on one hand to reduce the failures time analysis, repair cost, there by in proving the technical and economical figures of industrial plants, and on the other hand, to establishthe analysis in real time, so as to give recommendation in order to improve the maintenance of equipment.
