About Betsy Donahoe-Fillmore

Betsy Donahoe-Fillmore, PT, PhD, PCS, RYT200, associate professor, has been a member of the faculty of the Department of Physical Therapy since the program began in 2006.  Her research has focused on fitness and wellness activities, including studying the effects of yoga and Pilates, with children and adolescents. She has also studied the effects of yoga on women with breast cancer.  Her other research interest includes physical therapy education.
 
Dr. Donahoe-Fillmore is licensed physical therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience.  She has been a Board-certified pediatric specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties since 1993 and is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher.
