Abstract

The case discussed here is part of the Kashmir report. I have pasted it here separately for the convenience of those who may want to look at specific cases.

This is another of the 'released/ escaped' category of cases. Despite there being a clear finding against the Army in the judicial inquiry ordered by the High Court, the case was still pending before the High Court in February 2004, when we last checked on its status.
