Andrew has research interests in project based learning, innovation and change management, organisational learning, project management. His current research interest involves identifying and proposing ways to address the constraints to learning in project management practice. Prior to joining the University of Wollongong in 1997, Andrew Sense held senior managerial manufacturing positions (e.g. Manufacturing manager, Project manager and Production manager) and was responsible for leading major socio-technical change processes within the local manufacturing operations of a number of multinational organizations.
