Organizational frameworks of the banking payment system and offer policies (in Italian)
Abstract
The article describes the modernisation process of the Italian payment system in the 90’s, set by the need to improve the efficiency of payment services offered by the banks. It traces the specialisation project of the Italian banking system that prefigures, as other systems do, different procedures for detail and wholesale payments.
