The evolution of financial systems and the supply of services to entreprises: the European framework with some indications for the Italian case (in Italian)
Abstract
The chapter studies the innovation processes characterizing the banking industry and the market circuits in business financing; particolar emphasis is placed on the development of direct financing circuits, such as commercial paper, and on the capital supply through circuits different from stock markets, such as private equity and venture capital operations.Suggested Citation
