Focuses on the use of rhetoric in the poem Amoretti, by Edmund Spenser. Indication of formality with which the speaker of the poem approaches his beloved; Celebration of the perfection of the lady with abstractions in the poem; Comparison between various sonnets of John Donne and Edmund Spenser.
