Mental health report : South Australian patient evaluation of hospital services (PEHS) survey

Abstract

This year’s Mental Health Patient Evaluation of Hospital Services (PEHS) survey presents satisfaction scores for a sample of 256 adult patients who received at least one night of designated mental health service care in the South Australian public hospital system in March 2004. Data were collected from May to June 2004 by means of Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI).
