Graphic Content: Art of the New Music Poster

Abstract

The poster downloadable here is one of many I designed in different colors for 'Graphic Content: Art of the New Music Poster'. The poster was hand stenciled and spray painted for an exhibit at the Stanlee and Gerald Rubin Center for the Visual Arts. The traveling exhibition was curated by Dirk Fowler, Assistant Professor of Graphic Design at Texas Tech University School of Art and contained more than 100 posters by 25 different artists highlighting the growing importance of the rock poster in contemporary art.
