I am a doctoral student at the Faculty of Law, Lund University working mainly with human rights of persons with disabilities, mental health law and issues relating to legal personhood.
My research project evolve around questions of how international human rights law and the Swedish legal system seek to reconcile the right of individual autonomy with paternalistic interest in the legal systems for compulsory psychiatric care and legal capacity.
