Dr Anja Morton PhD(USyd), BBus(Northern Rivers CAE), MEc(Macq) Anja Morton has many years of experience teaching accounting at Southern Cross University and the University of Sydney. The discipline knowledge content of Anja’s teaching focuses on the epistemology of present day financial accounting. She facilitates the uptake of the scholarship of teaching and learning in the curriculum, and in recognition of leadership in this area was awarded a citation by the Vice-Chancellor in 2010. Anja’s broad research interest is in financial accounting – specifically in voluntary disclosure of financial ratios and in accounting education. She was appointed Associate Dean, Accreditation in 2010.
