About Anita G. Cramp

Dr. Cramp’s research focuses on the initiation and maintenance of physical activity as a means for health promotion and chronic disease prevention. Specific areas of interest include identifying psychosocial determinants and outcomes of regular physical activity and developing and implementing physical activity interventions. Although Dr. Cramp has researched many different populations, her expertise is with pre and postnatal women. Currently, Dr. Cramp is conducting research examining the effectiveness of home based physical activity interventions for pre and postnatal women.
