Does affective trust matter in interfirm relationships? The supplier’s perspective phases
Abstract
This study investigates the role of affective trust in interfirm relationships and the process by which affective trust is developed. The LISREL approach is employed. The empirical results support the moderating role of affective trust. Academic and managerial implications are discussed.Suggested Citation
