Abstract

The article examines benefits, costs and risks associated with Community Improvement Districts (CIDs), which is a type of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in Georgia. It has been stated that success of activities of CIDs in Georgia prove that PPP has unique capacity in providing benefits to governance and management.
