Andrea Bortoluzzi is an italian Civil Law Public Notary. He attended an Academic High School in his home town,Varese and the University of Pavia where he got a magna cum laude master degree in Corporate Law. His professional qualifications include also a court experience as civil law judge at the Court of Busto Arsizio(2000-2005)where actually he is appointed as an auxiliary judge at the execution court. As an academic he has been Corporate Law Professor,University of Pavia,Faculty of Economics and now is Enterprise and Corporate Law Professor ,Insubria University,Faculty of Economics
