Ana Guimaraes is the Director of Collection Development for the Kennesaw State University Library System. She has a Master of Science in Library and Information Science (MSLIS) from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/English from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo. Her professional work experience primarily consists of public services and collection development for academic and rare book libraries, including public and university archival collections. She specializes in staffing academic libraries and best-practices for hiring managers, library collections, and project management.
