About Ana Guimaraes

Ana Guimaraes is the Collection Development Librarian for the Kennesaw State University Library System. She has a Master of Science in Library and Information Science (MSLIS) from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/English from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo. Her professional work experience primarily consists of public services for academic and rare book libraries, including public and university archival collections. She is Undergraduate Faculty Liaison to the Interdisciplinary Studies and Culinary Sustainability & Hospitality programs at KSU. She specializes in library collections management, reference services, and foreign language materials.
