Abstract
How does a university begin figuring out what it might look like in the future. Join us for a webinar with Amy Vecchione and Will Hughes as they discuss a university-wide process for envisioning Boise State 2020. During this time they will:
- Describe the Vision 2020 opportunity.
- Describe why and how you created personas.
- Provide example personas in different states of creation and use.
- Describe why and how you created the prototype templates.
- Provide example prototypes in different states of creation and use.
- Describe how your personas and prototypes interacted--how personas informed prototype creation and interpretation and how prototypes informed persona creation.
- Share lessons learned.
