I am a Research Scientist (Water Systems Analyst) working in the Surface Water and Groundwater Interactions research stream, within the Water Resources research theme in CSIRO land and water- Australia. I have 12 years of experience in various aspects of hydrology and water management. I have conducted research on various aspects of integrated water resources: modelling of surface irrigation systems management, modelling of irrigation distribution networks; developing DSS for groundwater sustainable use and strategy, and water allocation between competing uses at the catchment level. More recently, I have conducted research on developing DSS for groundwater system sustainable use and improving recharge with changing land use and Developing System model for Murray Darling Basin in Australia to test different water policy. I am so proud for my winning of ICID WatSave Award 2008 (http://www.icid.org/index_e.html)for my water banking work and saving water for environment.
