Amadu Jacky Kaba is an Associate Professor of Sociology at Seton Hall University in New Jersey. His research focuses on the economic, social and political progress of people of African descent all over the world. He is among the most productive social scientists in the United States, already with 60 self-funded original scholarly publications in leading journals, magazines and edited books. He is the 2011 Researcher of the Year recipient in the College of Arts and Sciences (Physical and Social Sciences Branch of College), Seton Hall University. He earned his Ph.D. in Higher Education in May 2002; MPA in 1998; and BA in Political Science in 1997, all from Seton Hall University.
