Abstract

The article analysis the firm, considering the economic aspect treated by the “Firm Theory”. In this issue, is approaching the firm’s social function in and for the market. Also, It analyses the meanings connected with the term, in order to explain semantic problems that may occur between the legal institute and the linguistics expression.
