The Faculty of Engineering, University of Malaya organized "ENGINEERING POSTGRADUATE DAY" (EPD 2010) on Tuesday, 28th December, 2010 at Lecture Hall 6, Engineering Tower. The objective of the one day program was to foster a closer relationship among post-graduate students in the faculty and share their experiences in conducting research, writing for publications, utilizing research tools and available facilities and other related issues relating to post-graduate students. To add fun to the program a three minute Post Graduate Competition was also held, where the post graduate students were required to present their work (without power point and any documents) within three minutes. Diya'uddeen Basheer Hassan from Chemical Engineering Department won the first prize for the competition, while Nader Ale Ebrahim and Muhammad Mukhlesur Rahman won the second and third prize respectively.
