BA, MEconSc, LLD. Zammit Borda is researching a PhD at Trinity College Dublin. He has served as First Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malta, and as Legal Editor, Commonwealth Secretariat, London. He is a Fellow of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, on the Executive Committee of the United Nations Association (Westminster Branch), and a member of the Programmes Committee of the Royal Commonwealth Society.
