Abstract

This volume will be part of the third edition of the Bogert, Trusts and Trustees treatise. Among the issues it will address, the trustee's duty to inform and report to beneficiaries and the settlor's ability to waive or limit that duty, the trustee's duty to keep records, and the Uniform Trust Code's treatment of these issues.
