The author graduated from University of Miami School of Law in May 2009. His writing
often examines the impact of Administrative Law on current issues of Food Law and Policy
with an emphasis on the way foods and beverages are marketed and the overall health
effects of these products. The author's latest article also analyzes the crossroads
of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Food Law.
