Legal Scholarship as an Act of Discovery
Abstract
In the present age of depth and legal superstitions, traditional legal scholarship confined to judicial opinions and statutory analysis has fallen out of grace. We all have been bewitched by what lies at the deeper layers of law. Searching deeper layers is often fruitless. Sometimes, a lucky scholar might be able to pull up a pearl.Suggested Citation
