Dr Sim has research interests in, Internationalisation Strategies of Emerging Asian Multinational Firms, Performance of IJVs and Strategic alliances, Turnaround strategies, Strategic Management issues. He has researched extensively in the Asian region and presented refereed papers at numerous international conferences. Dr A B Sim has published extensively in journals, including the Management International Review, Journal of World Business, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Asia Pacific Business Review, Journal of Asian Business, International Journal of Technology Management, Journal of Asia Pacific Business and the Journal of Applied Business Research. With extensive work experience in both academia and top general management positions in the private sector, Dr Sim has taught management and business courses in Universities in Australia and Asia as well as conducted executive seminars for senior executives. Dr Sim is a member of the Academy of International Business, Strategic Management Society, Australia and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM), and Asia Academy of Management.
