Abir O. Kanaan, PharmD, RPh is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the
Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Worcester, MA. She is also
Adjunct Faculty at the Meyers Primary Care Institute and an Adjunct Assistant Professor
in the Department of Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Her
research interests include cardiovascular medicine and anti-coagulation. Dr. Kanaan has
also expanded her research interest to include medication safety and health outcomes.
