Abstract

The possibility of human intervention in the environment, more and more enlarged by the advance of new technologies brings with himself the inevitable question on the bearable limits by the planet without jeopardize the right of the future generations to usufruct the natural resources. Anyway, determined anthropic interventions put in risk the survival, with quality, even of the contemporary generation. This article intends to argue summarily the role of Law as one of the tools to equilibrate costs and benefits, in a relationship that is, necessarily, international and multidisciplinary: The genetically modified organisms.
